Quick Question

Hey. Sorry for the double post, but I have a quick question I'd like to ask:

If I drink PURE fruit juice (I.E. NO ADDED SUGAR; pressed straight from the fruit itself). Is this as good as eating the fruit itself?
Will it have same effects on my metabolism etc?

What effect do you think it will have on your metabolism?

in my opinion - fruit juice is no where near as good as the real thing because you're missing out on the fiber, and the chewing/fullness factor... all it is is calories..
 
when you're eating with reduced calories (read: dieting) your metabolism slows down... Fruit and it's fiber and vitamins are good for your body and lower calorie options than other things... but it's not going to do anything to speed up your claories... the vitamins and minerals in fruits and vegetables are good for your body any whole food is better for your body than processed stuff...
