Quick question

Hi,

I have recently started riding to and from the gym. The ride home is about20 minutes and my question is about when to take my post work out whey protein drink. I still take it just before I leave the gym but was wondering if there were any disadvantages to me taking it before doing CV exercise (albeit pretty short and not too intense)???
 
You mean after your weights and before cardio? You can do that. Some peoples stomachs dont react well, so be careful.
 
Yes I meant after weights. I have tried it and my stomach doesn't mind. I just thought it might have a depleted effect or something like that?
