Does anyone have a rough idea of how many calories one can burn while riding a stationary bike for 10 miles in approx. 20 minutes on an average resistance setting? Not sure if my weight matters, but I'm currently at 230 lbs.
Are you sure about the 10 miles in 20 minutes though? That's 30 mph - which is competitive racing speed. You may want to check if your odometer is set to kilometers.
this will calculate exercise based on your weight and duration of activity. This will allow for a very rough idea of the calories you're burning in a day.
