I've been doing a lot of sit ups, crunches etc to build my abdominal muscles the past 2 months. When I tense, I feel a lot of hard muscle underneath my belly but I have a layer of blubber that won't go away! I could probably press about 1cm with my finger into my stomach before I hit the actual abs.
How much cardio would it take to get rid of this layer in lets say, 9 months? At the moment I'm satisfied with my muscle strength but it looks like im getting fatter and fatter because no fat is getting burnt off
