Quick, or some quick and some slow protein

So, im gonna buy 4 kg of protein powder and 4kg of carbs from this site.

They got two in my pricerange:

Pro-80 Whey
This is 80% protein
32g protein per serving
2.4g carbs
2g fat
It says its myseprotein, quick protein.

they also got this:

Pro-90 Isolate
says its milk protein isolate
80% kasein and 20% myse

Kasein gives a steady slow flow of amino acids to the blood flow, while myse is quick protein.
Per serving:
Protein 36 g
carbs 0,6 g
Fat 0,2 g

which is better taken right after workout? theone with only quick, or theone with both quick and slow?

You'll want to ingest the faster digesting of the 2. This is the time that your body is in dire need of pro/carbs so it can start the repair/rebuild process.
