Sport Quick Nutrition help !

I'm 20, ad i have n ugly belly. And i eat a lot of junks.... now i just want to know if i need to avoid these things to flat abs ???

-Breads ?
-Eggs ?
-Rics ?
-Potatoes ?
-Cheese ?
-Noodles ?
 
The eggs are o.k., but get rid of the rest and lower your total caloric intake.
 
You could go with wheat pasta/noodles, or even the whole wheat pasta with flax if you need a pasta fix. Some of it is nasty, but the stuff from Trader Joes is pretty damn good.
 
Get some protein powder.
