Sport Quick help with cutting

Sport Fitness
I'm looking for help in determining my daily caloric needs. I'm 20 years old, 5'11, 151 pounds, 9-10% body fat. After much contemplation, I've decided to cut until I finally get rid of that excess fat covering my abs (there isn't much - I can see all 6 of my abs if I flex hard, but I want to see them without flexing!).

Because I want to accomplish this as quickly and efficiently as possible, I want to be sure I know EXACTLY what my caloric deficit is.

Okay, my BMR is about 1781.

A typical day consists of...
-Walking across campus to two or three classes
-9 or 18 holes of golf (always walking)
-Running hard for 30-50 minutes three days/week
-Lift weights three days/week
-Sitting on my butt for a long time studying or watching TV

What do you think my activity level/multiplier would be? In other words, what should I multiply 1781 by to figure out my daily calorie burning?

doesn't look too physical. 1.4, or 1.5 tops.

Not too physical...are you being sarcastic?

Walking to class, running 6-7 miles three days/week, lifting, and golf?

(18 holes of golf is about 5 miles, carrying a 30-pound bag on my back. I've heard that walking 18 holes can burn over 850 calories.)

compared to a guy who lays concrete all day?

yeah, not that physically demanding. you say yourself you spend 3 hours sitting in class, and several hours sitting to study/watch tv/etc.

Thanks!

According to that system, my multiplier should be 1.55, which is close to what malkore was saying. I guess I fall under "moderately active."

You think that doing split weight workouts 4 days a week with 2 days of HIIT would also be considered moderately active or should I put in lightly active? The weight workouts last about 30 minutes on average and the HIIT is 15-20 altogether. Other than those things it's just walking class to class in school and sitting on my butt most the time. should I do a 1.45 maybe? Just hoping to get the most accurate number so I need how many calories I need to reach my goal.

i'd go with moderate on that.

unless u play sports, then you would be a level higher

and keep in mind, BMR calculations are just estimates even if we get your exact modifier right...you're still a unique person with a unique metabolism...not a factual math formula.
