first off I wanna say hi to all my friends on here. I know its been a while since i been on but i have started training hard now to try and enter in the figure competition foro next year so wish me luck guys. I pray I can do this.
Now for my question: I am a new user of creatine. I actually started today. I took 1/2 teaspoon in a 8 oz class of water right before my workout. But I was suppose to take another 1/2 teaspoon right after my work out and forgot. i have my last meal at 11:30 tonite which will be a glass of whey protien. Since I forgot my shot of creatine after my work out. Do you think I should just add the 1/2 teaspoon to my whey shake at 11:30
Please someone help me with this before 11:30 tonite.
