Sport Quick Breakfast?

Sport Fitness
I'm looking for suggestions for a good, quick breakfast. I wake up at 5AM, shower/dress, and need to leave my house by 5:30 to be at work at 6:30 so I really don't have a lot of time to prepare something. So does anyone have any good suggestions for me, either something quick in the morning or something I can prepare the night before?

I'm 24, 6'1" and 210lbs which isn't muscle. So my current goal is to break my bad eating habits and drop some weight.

Egg whites with oats.....can be cooked in 5 min.

protein shake and a big glas of yoghurt or soured milk. Add muesli to the yoghurt if you feel like it.
Done with breakfast in a couple of mins. Your belly will be redy for the day aswell, filled with healty bacteria.

You hit the nail on the head saying about preparing food the night before.
Boil up some eggs to keep in the fridge.

In the morning, put some toast in the toaster. before thats toasted you should be able to grab a harb boiled egg, mash it in a bowl and stick it in the microwave. then you got eggs on toast.

or oats and a protein shake.

I like the boiled eggs made the night before. I also have liked making smothies in the morning. Just prepare what you want in it the night before and put it together and blend in the morning. Any kind of frozen fruit is good but add plain yogurt and 1% or skim milk for protein. If its not sweet enough for you just add some honey.

It a great pick me up

Hard-boiled eggs and toast is what I always do too, Russ. I didn't think people were as lazy as me when it comes to making breakfast :)

Boil eggs the night before, throw them in a tupperware and put them in the fridge. As for carbs, oatmeal is easy to make.

Bowl of oatmeal and a small protein shake get me going, and give me fuel...

Boy, I don't know how I went without breakfast for soooo many years, I have been having the best days of my life since eating b/f!!!! :D
