questions!

Alright, well i go to school gym every other day and workout for about 2 and a half hours.

I had some questions so maybe someone here can answer.
What would be the difference between a Powerbar and Protein shake?

Let's say i go to the gym my body is dead
Would a take a powerbar or protein shake before or after? Which one pumps more energy and builds more

Also what would be the most effective way to build up a 6 pack and quickest.

Let's say a specific amount of sit ups a day?
 
Low body fat % is where the 6 pack comes from. Of course you need to work them but not everyday. The big thing is you have to get all the goo off the top of them to show.
 
Another question, i had a typo i go to the gym every other day for about an 1 and a half.
I'm thinking about going on whey protein when should i take it? Since i go to the school gym i have the class first thing in the morning which is at 9:30

And should i take whey protein after my workout? also how long before i start seeing a difference
