Questions

Hey guys, well basically I'm a bit of a noob to this. This might not even be the right thread but what ever.

I'm currently 17, 5"9 and 145lbs.

I'm a skinny guy and I'm looking to gain a little muscle. I've been doing small workouts (ie. crunches, push ups, pullups,) but i haven't been getting too much results. I was looking to gain some muscle with some easy methods as well as get rid of my man boobs (calcium buildups as my friends call them. They're like little rocks right under the nipple.) I'm basically looking for a way to get rid of these things, as well as gain a six pack. Basically i'm asking for small exercises to pin point as well as maybe a supplement or two i can take to help.

Also, is it okay to workout before going to sleep?

if your pecs are firm, not flabby, that's muscle, not 'man boobs' or 'calcium deposits' (your friends might actually be borderline retarded btw...)

You post no where near enough information for me to be particularly helpful.

What I can say is this: eat more healthy foods, and lift heavy weights. Bodyweight exercises are easily outgrown when the body adapts.
Lift hard, eat right, and give yerself time to recover.
