Okay I started my diet about 10 days ago and it was going really good until day 6 I had lost 4 pounds and since then I haven't lost any at all I maybe even gained a pound I haven't been cheating on my diet and it's not working any advice?
 
You haven't read any of the stickies, have you?

If you had, you would know better than to take such a short-term perspective, you wouldn't be cutting calories to the point you're losing 4 lbs in a few days, and you'd be managing your expectations better.
 
Pretty much what Steve said. Read the stickies.

4 lbs in 6 days means (a) you're not eating enough and (b) it was mostly water weight anyway.

Expecting that level to continue is totally unrealistic.
