Questions regarding pain and advice.

I am a 280 pound 22 year old male, as far as the last time I weighed myself is concerned. I have been doing some exercise lately to help lose weight, but I recently found myself having a very bad ache in my shoulder that has lasted a few days, as well as pain in my chest when i do jumping jacks. My workout routines are nothing major, just a set of 50 jumping jacks, some mountain climbers, and some arm workouts with 5lb weights where I try and stretch my chest and shoulders. However the pain came while I was not doing any workouts for a while. Does anyone know how I can properly stretch my shoulder, and what might have caused it? I believe it to be due to anxiety or a knot in the muscle. Thanks in advance!
 
I personally believe that any chest pain triggered by exercising should be flagged up to your GP. Its always better safe than sorry.
