questions on lipotropic formulas and BCAAS

Hi all-

I was taking Apex's Lipotropic transport fomula (has L-carnatine and some others) and thier branched-chain amino-acids, and the older bottles said to break up the dosage over a whole day. The newer version the golds carries, is Medicorp brand (a spinoff of apex) and they suggest 1/2 dose before, the other after workout.

What do you guys think? I am certainly sore for longer after my workout than just after.

Right now I am taking medicorps lipotropic transport, the l-carnatine liquid formula, and thier BCAAs, split up before and after workout. After I take a whey protien shake as well, and daily I take natures way multivitamin.

Wondered about the manner of dosing for best results, and not wasting $$ taking stuff when I dont need it- and any other comments per my supplement routine are welcome. I already posted my workout routine in the fat loss board, if you like.
