hi all, newbie reporting here :) I'm really glad to chance upon this forum that offers great advice and sharing. After reading so much about this diet in this forum, decided to give it a try. i've got some 20 kgs to loose!

i have booked an appt for tomorrow and i would like to find out:

- should i give the consultant a list of supplements i'm currently consuming so that he can design a more suitable diet?

- i'm currently taking collagen powder that has to be mixed with flavoured drink, do i have to give this up?

- i'm worried about my skin sagging after losing weight... are there supplements i can take to counter that? i do not want to take after i've lost weight only to realise that it might take me months to tighten up the skin...

- what other info should i compile in order to make my 1st appt a fruitful one? like medical condition, dietary patterns, etc?

- i read somewhere that we need to weigh our food, do you use digital or the analog kitchen scale? or does the clinic sell one?

i would be really really grateful if any kind soul can offer some advise and help, thanks :)

Welcome. You'll be so happy with yourself for starting Cohen's
Yes let them know what supplements you're taking but I'm not sure if they will tailor a plan around those.

Very little people (whose posts I've read) have sagging skin and those that do generally have it on the inner thighs. Zinc is reportedly good to assist with sagging skin.

I use a digital scale because we need to weigh within 1gram +/- of our prescribed allowance.

There's really no need to stress as all your questions will pop up after you recieve your personalised plan. The presentation is pretty good. *relax* :)
