Questions Galore

Hey guys, I'm starting SI6 on Aug 14, after my cruise and I just have a few questions to prepare me.

1) Is it possible to get results with using SI6 only and not the other DVDs like P90 and TJ?
2) I read that when you want to lose weight, you should just eat protein only, is this true?
3) Lets say I have been eating just protein only, is my metabolism messed up beyond repair?
4) Do I have to move from Ramp it Up! to Burn it Up! because BIU is much too difficult and I fear that I will give up because it's too hard
5) Is 29" for a waist good, average, or not good? (Just wanna know) =)

Thanks guys for helping me out! I really need motivation.

How much do I have to lose? I really wanna tone my waist for sure and maybe shrink the boobs too.
