I bought a weight gainer called " " - at the bottom says "The weight gain formula with OHG and Creatine." It says it gives you 1100 calories but only has 11 Servings Per Container. I use to only workout 3 days a week well now I'm going to try 5-6 days a week, each day doing something different (like chest, arms, legs, abs, probably do chest, arms, and abs two times a week.)
I weigh 123 lbs and i'm 5'8". Yes I am VERY skinny, I use to weigh 135-140 lbs before I got cancer and I can't seem to gain it back no matter what I try! I have been working out sense august of 2005, I've noticed that i'm stronger and have more muscle mass but i'm just not gaining any weight, I also eat healthy 90% of the time. I know my probelm is I don't eat enough, I have already bought tons of food and plan to change this starting yesturday, I have been forcing myself to eat even when I'm not even hungry at all. But today I also started the perfect 1100.
Does this stuff really work? I mean this whole bottle only has 11 days worth, how much do you think I would gain from this? Seems like with only 11 servings and being so expensive I should gain a lot? I'm really confused on this stuff, just thought I would try it and see if I gain any much needed weight. Please give me some feedback that I can use! Thanks
