is it okay if i do a short amount of leg weight training (2 machines, leg press and extension) then cardio for around 50 minutes?

does the cardio cancel out the leg weight training??

what do you mean cancel out the weight training ?
 
I like doing exercises that have both cardio and weight training mixed all into one workout. and do about 45-60min 5 days a week.. its working for me.
 
i mean that if i do cardio after weights does my weight training go to waste beacause i might be burning muscle off??

I am no professional trainer but......

I really dont think it works that way. Doing cardio doesn't burn off muscle at all. Most weight training programs reccomend starting with a light cardio program to get yourself wamred up before lifting to avoid injuries, but I have also heard of others doing the opposite. But I can very confidently say that doing cardio after weight training wont "remove" or bunr off muscle in any way shape or form.
