Question on supplements

I wrestle and to do this I need to be in my best shape and be stronger then my opponet. I work out constently and see very good results in my muscle building though many of these kids are ripped out of thier minds. I am planning on beefing up in the off season though I must not gain fat just muscle to make the right wieght class. I curently wiegh in at 133.3 and I am looking to gain a few pounds in pure muscle (gained fat will be cut).

Now to my actual question, after working out I eat about 20-60 grams of protien to benifity my workout. Or so my coach (who is a fitness trainer master in burdenko) and many fellow altheelets say it does. I have been looking at warrior milk/bar (purely organic protien and vitiamns) EAS high protien bars along with special forumlations for muscle growth (not sure exactly what they are) and Pure Whey Protien.

I am currently using pure protien bars (20 grams of protien) and I eat about 2-3 after a workout. Though these bars are full of chemicly altered ingriedents that my coach says will add fat.

Wich is best for someone who wants to gain the most muscle and least amount fat?
(And yes I do eat alot and gain fat when I work out but I must cut it all to make wieght)
Thank you.

there needs to be a much more complex answer that this, but for starters, instead of worrying so much about suppliments and bars, get your diet right first, eat complex carbs/whole grains and good protein sources throughout the day. Dont eat ALOT in the offseason, just eat enough to gain muscle slowly. If you eat too much, then you will end up gaining fat. The less fat you gain, the less you have to cut.
