question on elliptical levels

hello everybody!

in high school i was an active athlete (lacrosse, field hockey, winter track). i'm a sophomore in college, and although i don't play sports anymore, i still work out frequently. besides running, i also use the elliptical machine. i'm wondering what incline level (1-20) and resistance level (1-20) would be best for my workouts? i'm not looking to build/bulk up more muscle on my legs, i just want a good 30 minutes workout that gets me sweating.

not sure if this info would help, but i'm a female, about 5'2, and about 110 lbs. currently i do a 15 incline, 10 resistence.. then go down to 5 incline and 15 resistence, then go up to a 18 incline and 7 resistence.. i just mess around with it

once again, i don't want to build up my quads or calves, i'm happy with how my legs are now :) thanks for any advice!
