Sport Question for you successful bulkers.

How do yall get in all the calories you need. Can you recommend a cheap weight gainer powder? I know the foods I need to take in but I would like to kill 1000 calories with a weight gainer shake.
For my height and weight I need to take in 6000 calories a day to start bulking. This bulking cycle I just finished sucked. But I have learned from it so it is not a waste.

3 months ago when I returned to the gym I weighed in at 236 and my 6 pack was long gone. Now I'm cut out of my head with more muscle than I had last time. My weight is stuck at 222 lbs, won't budge up or down. I know I need alot more calories. I've only been taking in 3500-4000 a day.

Don't know how I'm gonna afford all the food and supplements for my next bulking cycle,lol.

Oh yeah, I need a book nutritional facts for all types of food (tomatos, squash, etc), where do I get it? Or a weight gainer recipe book would be awesome!

6000 a day? that sounds obsurd. if you have that much you're just going to gaining weight in general, not necessarly muscle. protein shakes and creatine are the only supplements you need. the weight gainers are for football players who want to become immoveable.
 
I realize 5-6000 calories a day is retarded now. I'm not doing that. I'm taking it about 35-4000 a day. So far it's working
