Question>Fat %

Hey everyone, hows it been? I want to know -how in the heck are you suppost to bring down the body fat % in a human, yes I know weight training, cardio,etc... I lost 15 pounds since January, my body fat percentage dropped one percent. How is that so, unless I am really over weight. Which I think in my opinion, I only need to loose another 15 pounds. How is this possible and if I loose 15 more pounds I will weigh in at 120 pounds. This is suppost to be " a normal persons weight with my height(5'3)". Please can anyone answer this? What will bring my body fat percentage down... I want to be able to do anything- rock climb, bicycle for hours, hike in 100 degree weather, run for two hours on my tread mill, chase a ton of kids around and not feel tired at all, I dont want to go into my thirties frumpy and lumpy- I want to be fit, lean and healthy... By the way I want to drop almost five percent body fat, any advise is welcome.Thanks.

To lose fat, you need to eat healthy but still maintain protein for muscle mass.

You might be losing lean body mass. With a bad diet, cardio and lifting is basically useless unless you are genetically gifted.

I want advice on body fat %

I guess I need to be specific- What does weight and body mass have in common when it comes to numbers... If I weighed 150 lbs. and hada body fat percentage of 27 and then I lost 15 pounds and now weigh in at 135 lbs. with a body fat percentage of 26. That means one percent of body fat lost. If I lost another 15 pounds, does that mean one more percent of body fat percentage lost?... I want to be about 21 percent body fat. Tell me about the numbers in comparison to what I have stated... I just want to make sense of this. How can I reach my goal weight and body fat percentage all together? Do you have any web sites that I can visit? Thanks again guys and gals!

this one is good.. if you sift around im sure many of your questions have already been answered at some point.
hit up my site for some fun blogs yay! That might help.
what you need to do is develop a solid plan and stick with it. Eating well, frequently (small amounts), not over training, getting enough rest.
Read about.
