Question concerning weight loss

Hello,
I am a little confused on how much cardio I should be doing to lose weight. I used to weigh 165 pounds and now I am 136 (size 6/7 jeans). I would really like to lose more weight. Currently I do "The Firm" for 30-40 minutes, which is a mixture of aerobics/weights with squats, lunges, deadlifts..etc..i guess you could say that it could constitute as weight training. (My heart rate is at around 155-165 by the end of this workout)Then I run on Tony Little's Gazelle for 30-45 minutes. I am not sure how fast I run or the distance because the reader is broken, but I do know that at the end of my workout, my heart rate is at around 170-180. & I sustain that heart rate for 25+ minutes. I deffinitely get a good sweat going (if that matters lol)
Oh and diet-wise, I eat 1200 calorie-ish diet.
Breakfast: Regular Quaker Instant Oatmeal with strawberries
Snack: Handful of soy nuts
Lunch: Large salad consisting of lettuce, tomato, and tuna with fat free salad dressing (tablespoon i think)
Snack: Protein bar or lots of strawberries
Dinner: Chicken breast with large salad or protein shake if i'm not that hungry..

usually i do my workout 2 1/2 hours after dinner, 5-6 days a week

My goal is to lose fat and if anyone can provide feedback about what I should be doing to reach my goal, it would be greatly appreciated.

I heard that HIIT training is supposed to be super for faster fat loss without muscle loss incurred from long peroids of cardio, go online and look it up, I'm considering it too...
