Sport Question about weight-gain shakes and other things

Hi guys,

I am wondering about these "weight-gaining" shakes that people drink that are very high in calories and help build muscle with exercise. If I drank these shakes without exercising, what would this do? Would it have an effect, or would it simply make me fatter?

They would make you very very fat.

ppl talk about them like they are carbs as in bread and potatoes, but its not. The carbs are from sugar.

the average weight gainer shake will have 60g+ of carbs. Thats like eatting 60g or raw sugar.

If your not gonna be exercising then steer clear of all high GI foods.

You would put on fat. Why don't you want to exercise?
