question about the Creatine i purchased

i just Recently bought Body Fortress brand 'High performance Creatine', and i recall looking under other topics and seeing people talking about 'loading' yourself with the creatine by taking a cetain amount each day for X days a week, well i was wondering can i do the samething with this since its 'High Performance'

If that's what the ingredients look like just take 1 scoop a day. I don't think that's a good brand because of all the sugar they include but that's your call.
