Sport Question about several foods

I am trying to gain muscle and I'm in college and I get hungry a lot in between meals. I am curious how bad the following snacks are:

The noodles that come in the styrophoam cups/containers, the ones that you just add water to and then eat after 3 minutes. No MSG in the brand I eat. Salted Cashews and Nutri-grain bars.

Also authentic italian sausage hotdogs are sold on campus, they are not the crapdogs that are usually sold but the real stuff and are a fair amount more expensive. How bad would one of those be on a whole-wheat piece of bread?
 
Noodles are crappy processed carbs with a lot of salt, Nutri-Grain is processed as hell, with a lot of sugar. Cashews are a good source of healthy fats, but don't overdo it. Sausage in general is not good, tons of fat.
