Question about Protein Powder

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and notice that I am gaining weight. I have alot of fat that has come on from my hips to my belly and was hoping this would help get rid of the fat and lose weight. Not sure I'm happy about the weight gain. Anybody with suggestions?:confused:

Protein won't help you lose weight, it might make you gain muscle weight. You need to look at your diet and see where the extra calories are coming from.
 
There is far more to fat loss than simply protein powder.

However, make sure that your powder uses the highest biological value protein such as whey and egg. It should also contain a fiber source, and healthy fats. Avoid artificial sweeteners like sucalose and aspartame. There are good ones ou there, you just need to look.
