question about NO-EXPLODE

does this supplement really work?? i am only 15 and taking this. is it worth buying this?? please help i appreciate it.

it says under 18 you can not use it..and iam only 15 is that bad.

studies done at baylor university concluded it doesnt increase size and strength. they did find good results after they increased it to 12 times the recommeneded dosage!!!

doesnt sound too good

its a hemodilator. pumps more blood into the muscle tissue. so you have fuller looking muscles...and that's about it (unless you take the 12-15x overdose liek abear mentions).

otherwise it's just a cosmetic supplement, but I've heard it helps your 'little muscle' down south too.

But I've never needed any supplement in that department.

i think it worked great only after 2 days use
youbeezy i def. recomend you gettign this!!!
you feel it after ur 1st workout!
makes u look lika sexy beast :-D

Sorry, but I would still rather BE a big sexy beast, than just look like one for an hour cuz I pop'd some pills.

o0o0o but its not only for an hour!! thats where ur rong buddy -.-
if u look feel and smell like a sexy beast then ur a sexy beast >.< lol
dont hate on things u dont understand malkore!

but I do understand. read all the BS research, then all the truthful research...and I still tried an NO2 product.

feel free to keep using it, as long as you're aware it has NO effect on your training whatsoever, and is purely cosmetic.

maybe we can airbrush a 6-pack on your abs too. ;)

uhmm well.... things have been going great.... i dont care if its cosmetic, if it looks good that will give u motivation to keep going.. uhmm and it was 45 bucks.. lol so im gonan finish the frekin botle and tell yall about the results XD
oh and wuts rong with cosmetics?

cosmetic = fake

may as well inject synthol into your biceps if you just wanna look good. or get pec and calf implants.

I don't weight train to be a 'pretty boy'...so I'm not going to waste my time or money on a supplement that doesn't give any performance gain.
I cannot deny that looking good may motivate a person to continue training...but frankly when I train, i get a great natural pump in the muscles, one that I could feel. the NO2 product I took fluffed up my muscles, but I didn't feel the pump, though I could see it.

I just think you'd be better off spending your cash on something that will actually enhance your training, like CEE.

Don't get me wrong either. I've used LEGAL pro-hormones and pro-steroids in the past, some that worked, and some that wasted my time and money.

If it works and its safe, use it!

no use arguing over the net with a douche like this malkore, your time/our time is valued elsewhere. for him ignorance is bliss an achievement of the weak.

1st off.. go **** yourself phaledax..
malkore now i see why no-xplode would have no purpose for you.. but for me looking good is everything :)

Don't be a jackass because you're ignorant and know NOTHING behind the supplement besides what you read or are told from the people that sell it. #1 look on the back of the bottle, what makes up 90% of what you're taking?? L-Arginine(If you don't know this is what is supposed to cause the 'pump')!!! Which costs UNDER 10$ for a bottle, but you wouln't know that. Of that 4 or 5g of Arginine you take a day, do you know how much gets destroyed in your stomach?? Maybe, because I told you in your other thred. Ever heard of the placebo effect? It happens to a lot of us when a magic pill comes out, given L-Arginine is a hemodialator, but you need to get it past your liver and stomach. And I don't care about what kind of advanced delivery system that crap says it has, it doesn't magically skip any part of the digestion process. The only hemodialator that might work, is the one that 'kills' arganase, and the topical cream. You need to learn to take people's advice, especially people who know more than you. You come here for adive, don't get upset when you don't like the TRUTHFUL answer.

It sounds to me like people are getting all bent out of shape for nothing. This was fuel asking for any comments about the supplement. It was malkore talking about how the effects are strictly cosmetic. Then it was fuel talking about how he liked the cosmetics. If fuel doesn't want to follow someone's advice that's fine, but it's not like he doesn't understand...and if he didn't, he knows now and STILL likes NO-Ex. Can't really do much bout that.

The only comments that would make this an argument or debate would be fuel's comment, "that's where you're wrong."

Doesn't really matter though, it's just two dudes who are, or should be exchanging experiences and whatnot.

CEE - Creatine Ethyl Ester...basically more 'advanced' delivery for creatine than the old standby Creatine Monohydrate.
3g of CEE is all you need and it fully absorbs, vs. 5g of creatine monohydrate, which doesn't all absorb.

actually we have no research showing CEE to be any better than monohydrate. they first have to show greater uptake, then they have to show better performance.

all we have now are supplement ads. the absorption may turn out to be true but we have no proof at this point :)

even companies (CO's) with good track records you can't take there ads seriously and most CO's you can't trust there research on there product, it might as well be made up. sadly, this is truer than you might think.
