Question About Hydroxycut

hey guys I have a quick question about hydroxycut. I know it says that when you first start, the first 3 days take one pill twice a day, then second 3 days take 2 pills for the next 3 days, then third 3 days take 3 pills and continue; but on the days of your work out just take 1 pill twice a day. Would it be ok if I were to work out (weight train and cardio) from Monday - Thursday and take one pill twice a day, and then on Friday - Sunday take 2 pills twice a day (and probably go swimming Friday and Saturday)? If I did this, I would never take the 3 pill twice a day cycle. Would this still work???
 
considering how ineffective Hydroxcut is to begin with...sure, it'll be fine to do what you propose.
just remember, it has stimulants in it, which can make your heart race, and leave you dizzy/light headed.

To tell you the truth it really doesn't work..The only time I got dizzy is when I took stacker 2's that gave me alot of energy..And,who doesn't need that??Well, no pills are safe except vitamins..Just be careful and ask the doctor before beginning any pills like that.My husbands friend died ,Her heart exploded from taking diet rip me off pills!!If you want to lose weight you have to work out!!!Thats, that..
 
Diet pills are bunk! It's just and easy way of capitlizing on peoples fear and hope. The simple recipe to sell diet pills: advertise in a way that invokes strong emotions in the recipient to make otherwise rational people make irrational decisions and purchase a product that doesn't work, however the fact that it doesnt work does'nt matter cause the product are not under the same restrictions as for example pharmaceutical products and are classified as a diet supplement. Don't take diet pills! drink coffee instead it will have the same lack of long term effects and it will save you money! anyway ,This article will tell you all you need to know.
 
The only thing diet pills gave me was a caffeine addiction! I don't recommend them, they don't "work". Now I'm all addicted and dependent and it's just not good. I only like them for the caffeine before my workouts, it makes them more intense. But now I can't even get by on my regular energy, and have never worked out without them. Just last week, I skipped a day and didn't take any and I got the worst headache ever. Stay away! Bad! That includes Hydroxycut, I take 2 of those a day. If I take too many in a day I get "high", and that's just wrong.

One with "educated eyes" keep the mouth SHUT and do not consume HydroxyCUT.

You should stay away from the metabolizers. If you're not able to do it over time with proper nutrition and exercise, it's unlikely that you'll be able to maintain it using supplements.
 
Throw the bottle away and just figure you learned a lesson.

Better yet, throw the pills in the trash, put the bottle in the recycling bin :D The only pill you need to pop is a multi-vitamin and maybe some Omega-3 fish oil.
