Sport Question about food and carbs

Rice and bread are the two foods I know with the most carbs.. lol.

Calories come off slow during cardio. The only people I've ever seen work off a bad diet is basketball players.
 
There are breads/rice, and there are breads/rice. Consider replacing white bread with wholegrain / wholemeal bread. Rices vary on the glycemic index - but brown rices and some long grain varieties are generally good.
