Sport question about fats

Sport Fitness
I bought a package of hamburger patties a month ago. They had 32 grams of fat, 360 calories, and 290 of those calories were from fat. Anyway my questions

1. What is trans fat and why is it so bad for you?

2. Is fat really bad for you while your cutting? What are the effects of high fat food in your diet? Low fat food?

3. how much better for you would it be to buy the hamburger from the deli and form the patties yourself?

1) Trans fat is basically the name referred to a particular configuration of unsaturated fat, is not required in amy amounts by the body, and can increase the coronory heart disease.

2) Well the amount of calories per gram is more than double than carbo, protein etc, and since the body prefers energy from glucose first, the fat will be stored. Internal fat is ecspecially dangerous and can effect the organs within the body, and another of other implications.

3) i would imagine it to be better as it wouldnt be as processed as ones from take away stores, and you can modify how you cook and prepare it for a healthier meal.
