Hello all. One of my roommates just recently moved out and he gave me his full tub of creatine (still sealed). He said he totally forgot he had it. Anyways, on the bottom to the tub it says the date "4/23/09" which obviously means that it's roughly 5 months past that date. I'm not sure if that's an expiration date or a sell-by date. Regardless, would it be safe to use this creatine? and if not, why not? It's just basically creatine mono.
