Sport Question about eating times...

Sport Fitness
Alright, since the nutrition forum is moving rather slowly, why not give it a boost?

This is my current timetable of eating;

7:35am Breakfast
9:40am Snack
11:10am Lunch
3:15pm Snack
5:05pm Dinner

Now. I was wondering if it would be okay to have something like a fruit around 7pm or 8pm. I go to sleep at nine, wake up around 5 am. I want to lose fat around, and I work out in the morning because I heard that this is how your body burns fat more efficiently. Will eating that single apple, or pear effect this in any way?

Eat a big(ger) break fast and dich that 9:40 snack. Eat Again at 10:30, then 1:00, then 3:00, then 5:30 or 6:00. If you want to eat within 3 hours of bed I suggest animal protein.

Just run, don't eat if you're trying to loose fat. Use food as something to look foward to. You're just going to have to run more to burn those useless carbs.

Well, since I do not have the ability to actually EAT whenever I want (school) I am basically constricted to that scheduel. Any suggestions? -_-''

Eating something around 7:30 - 8:00 would be perfectly fine. I would avoid fruit at that time because of the sugar, I've read keep the fruit in the earlier meals. Cottage cheese seems to be the most popular as the last meal/snack of the day, it's what I do as well.

Yeah, don't worry about carbs in the last meal...aim for protein, and some healthy fats. maybe toss in a little fiber one for the fiber.
