Sport Question about an eating habit.

Is there anyway that kinda like...b4 i order that fat hamburger...that greasy hotdog...or eat that bar of chocolate, that I can just say in my mind " No, this is not going to do me any good at all"

I kinda started building on that method because today my dad made cinnamon rolls...very fattening. I almost took 3 of them, then ijust thought wait a minute...eating these 3 cinnamon rolls will only make me feel good while im eating them..then when im done im going to feel very bad and very fat. any idea?
 
Nothing tastes as good as fit feels!!!!! That keeps me motivated when making choices as to what to eat! Makes sense!!
