Hello all.....

I'm new to this group and decided to recently that it was time for me to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm currently at 176 lbs @ 5'9. I recently joined a local gym here in Cali called Lady Fitness. Before having my wonderful lil boy Josiah I was a size 7-8/ 145 lbs - when I delivered I was at 210. I've had some success with losing the weight w/ breastfeeding but now that he's off the nipple the weight started to slowly appear :mad:. SO now it's time for me to fight back. Upon my registeration at the gym I was told that I have a small frame and my ideal weight is 120 lbs. I remember being that size before and I look anorexic so there's no way in hell I want to look like a stick figure. I have the J-Lo action going on with my booty :eek: and I love my curves. I'm just looking to tone and increase my energy level and get into a constant exercise routine. Hopefully this group will help me to conquer these goals.
 
Welcome to the forum :) lol i know what you mean about a j-lo butt got me some junk in my trunk if you know what i mean. keeping curves and looking healthy and fit is a good plan, good luck to you :)
 
Women are supposed to have curves..that what seperates us from those men we love so much..well, that and many other things :-D
I m glad you came on here...you will find everyone really helpful! Its helpful to read other peoples goals & diaries..it gives you great ideas
