Qestions about Muscle Milk

I dont know if anyone else uses it but i was just wondering a few things.

I was reading the back side of the box and it said to mix 12 oz of water or milk to 2 scoops of powder. and to drink before and after workouts. But do you drink 1/2 of it before and the other half after? or 12 oz before and make another 12 oz after workouts?

You would do 12oz before and another 12oz after.

I usually mix a scoop to a scoop and a half with a scoop to a scoop and a half of protein. Depending upon how I feel.
 
I prefer to keep it away from my workouts with the fat content. When your insulin is raised, MCT don't really make a difference.
