I dont know if anyone else uses it but i was just wondering a few things.
I was reading the back side of the box and it said to mix 12 oz of water or milk to 2 scoops of powder. and to drink before and after workouts. But do you drink 1/2 of it before and the other half after? or 12 oz before and make another 12 oz after workouts?
