Pyramid Sessions with MyDigitalCoach

Hi, Cathy here.

Anyone else out there use "MyDigitalCoach" from It's a really cool little application that lets you string music files together and overlay them with an interval session (bleeps and counts).

Apparently it can also cater for pyramid type sessions. Anyone got any idea how to do this?

Yes I use it all the time. Love it! On mine, there are two tabs: Standard Sessions and Pyramid Sessions. Standard sessions are shown by default, so you just have to click on where it says Pyramid Sessions....unless your version is different.

I've just seen that they've dropped the price for MyDigitalCoach to £4.95. I paid £14.95 for it Grrrr!!
