PWO Whey with dextrose

If everyone takes whey shakes with dextrose for PWO (or its recommended) why don't these whey manufacturers put some in the mix? seems like this would be something that people would want. instead of having to buy 2 things and mixing them together
 
Some do, but you don't want the dex/malt any other time and some people have shakes to suppliment their diet and don't need the sugars.

If you want one mixed, it costs more than buying the two and mixing it yourself.

A general rule is a 2:1 ratio.

So if you are taking in 40g of whey, you would mix it with 80g of dextrose.
 
Dextrose is just corn sugar, you need it to replenish glycogen stores after working out.

The chain stores, like GNC, vitamin shoppe or world...or whatever don't usually carry them, I've never seen any that do.

Find a locally owned place and they'll probably have it.

I buy at at the same place and usually at the same time I get my whey, so the shipping cost is less:

You can try a local brewery and bakery store. A place that sells the ingredients in bulk for these trades.
