What I hope to do:
-Watch what/how much I eat
-Starting running
-find fun forms a cardio workout
-feel good about myself
-make some friends along the way
Goals:
-6 Minute Mile
-100 Consecutive Situps
-50 Consecutive Pushups
-Be able to do pullups/ropeclimbs
I started logging some days in a notebook so I'll put them on here for full record keeping. I am a fulltime student and hopefully I can make it on everyday to check/post information about my progress.

Purchased low cal/low fat/low sodium foods
*considered running*----that was an amazing moment
kept caloric intake under 1500

September 30th
Got taped for bodyfat % and was calculated at 37%
Weight: 305

October 1st(date of this post)
I underestimated my athetic ability
the house I live in has 4 sets of stairs and
I usually go up and down the stairs about 50 times a day
(bathroom and kitchen is downstairs)
First Attempt at 1 mile run....roughly 7 minutes and 30 seconds
Story:
-I dont have a true timer, just my cell phone and I left to run
at about 2:16 (and counting 30 seconds) and when I got back it turned
2:24. 305lbs bouncing up and down, my calfs are shot lol

Now a couple questions..
Should I do cardio everyday?
Should I keep running as cardio or change it up?
What other forms of cardio are there?
I heard I should stay from from ham, is that true?
Best time to go running?
How to convince roommates to be supportive?
-They don't want me to be better than them at anything,
let alone better shape.
Right now I eat 3 meals a day
Breakfast: Oatmeal + Raisins
Lunch: Somekind of soup + fruit
Dinner: Something usual, just very limited..like 1 slice of pizza
Should I move to 5-6 meals a day?
If so, what should I be buying for each meal?
I seriously am pretty clueless of what to eat, so
a huge list of things to buy would be greatly appreciated!!
Vitamins? What kind and brand?
