I don't mean this to sound mean or anything but have you considered that this is a mental issue and there's no bloating? You have a history of eating disorders and you still sound pretty hung up on your weight and what's going in your mouth, maybe a lot of the bloated feeling is caused my mental anxiety over your increased consumption.
You've seen the doctor and had tests, maybe you should put faith in your diagnosis
I know, I know, it sounds like I am overanalysing this
A few weeks ago, I saw my ex PT. She told me that she can tell I've put on weight, that it looks like I've put on weight. That I am not as defined in the upper body as I was before when she was training me.
This is coming from the same person that helped me overcome bulimia and made me addicted to exercise.
So I DO know I've put on weight and I can feel it. Dunno how else to explain it
She's also after your business back, I don't think any ethical trainer would tell an ex-bulimic that it looks like their putting on fat, especially one that's still very light weight.
I hoenstly believe that someone with a history of eating disorders should listen to a doctor over a personal trainer. That's just my opinion though.
Have you thought of asking your family if you're putting on fat?
I totally agree. Anyone with a half a heart, trainer or not, would not say something like that. I wouldn't even go with the family on this one though. I second doctor over PT by far.
How long have you felt like this? I'm not quite sure how you gained 6 and a half pounds and none of the measurements changed. Are you sure?
