Hey everyone, their is a lot of products and programs out there and I just wanted to share with you my story.
So I have been using the puretrim mediterranean wellness shakes and truffles and I've lost 25 pounds now.
It's not over popular like herbalife or visualus.
I like that they are all natural, with no dairy nor gluten. In fact they're even raw ! So you're not getting all the unknown toxic ingredients it's all good.
I've tried a lot of different protein powders and meal replacements out there but none of them were as good tasting as these ones. They're crazy good, I actually crave them all the time. Theirs chocolate and vanilla. They're so rich and creamy even with water, you don't even need to hide the taste with fruit and milk (although it is absolutely fabulous). I found them very convenient just shake it up in a shaker cup and you don't get too many lumps (keep in mind you're mixing powder and water so it's inevitable). It's now part of my routine and easy to do at work and definitely faster than packing a lunch !
As for cost, I think that it's reasonable but not extra cheap. I guess you can say that it's the same price as a normal meal or sometimes cheaper. But I have to say the results are all worth it. Now my parents and some close family are starting to use it and they've lost a nice amount of weight too.
