Sport Pure cardio routine diet

hey all

for the next 2 - 4 weeks im in a pure cardio routine to burn my fat and lose my belly etc

with a treadmill run and swim in the morning and same in the evenin.

what foods should i be eating before and after the work out and during the day?
 
I suggest you include some weight training. You will see better results.
 
go for 3x a week full body training, just compound exercises.

trust me, I know people who lean out with nothing but weights and a good diet.
