I got some of this really dark baking chocolate from Ghiradelli(or however it is spelled), i was just wondering if dark chocolate is something that could be healthy in moderation. It has no sugars, plus 7g of fiber per serving, but plenty of fat, a good amount coming from saturated fats. But i made some peanut butter fudge with it and it is pretty amazing, i don't want to give it up if i don't have to
