punching bags

today i got a punching bag from a friend to borrow for a while, and i just wanted to say that those things are amazing!

if you come home really stressed out and feel like just hittin something, YOU CAN!!! best of all after only like 2 minutes of going all out on that thing im already breathing heavy, its great!

anyone out there who agrees wit me can post a reply...punch on!
 
i agree, i have one too. i have a routine where I jump rope, and when i mess up, ill run right to the punching bag and do like 20 series quick and hard, and then run right back to the rope again.
keeps the pulse up :)
