?pump Tech?

I was just in GNC last night and bought a 4 pound tub of nitro-tech. Free with this purchase was a trial bottle of "pump tech". I hadn't heard of it and was wondering if anyone has tried this stuff and what your opinion is.

i got a free sample of this in the mail last year. didnt interest me but i believe this is there NO2 product.

yep, that's their NO2 product. I tried it, and it gave me a gut ache. they say to take 4-6 tablets. another one I tried says to only take 1 caplet.

*shrugs*

I'm not a fan of MuscleTech, simply because their ads are made to look like real articles, and they recently sent me this professionally created 'Guide to get pumped', no where saying 'this is MuscleTech marketing material'...yet its obvious that's what it is since every meal plan in there includes nitro tech, cell tech, pump tech, themo gain, etc...

no pump on "Pump Tech"

I got the free trial size with my 4lb cell tech purchase. I tried it the last work out taking 4 for my initial dose. It actually made me feel less pumped than normal. :( So today I figured I would take 5 (It recommends 5 for 200 lbs and up), I am 203, and it seemed to do nothing again if not ruin my workout all together. I felt weaker somehow. I am giving the rest away to a fellow lifter that wants to try it. IMO I would not waste a dime on the stuff, but maybe it works differently for different people.

now i have read from others that say they use it pre workout and it helps to give them more focus during lifting. if thats true and ppl need help getting centered before lifting, thats fine. i used dymetradrine 25 from AST years ago for that purpose. but over time, i realized i could do that on my own so till this day i dont use anything before lifting.

but as far as the claims made for this product as in increase in size and strength, none of that has been proven.

the best way I can focus is to start thinking about my workout about 1-2 hours in advance. I zone out, and start thinking about form, feeling the rep in the deepest part of the muscle.
then when I hit the gym, I warmup with light weight, or I'll do a few 'phantom reps' without any weight, just to kinda pre-program the muscles to move the right way.

It really helps with heavy benching and squats...which tax my CNS the most.
