Pullovers

Here are 2 other exercises with DB's to train your Latissimus Dorsi:
1. straight arm (actually - keep your elbows bent at 5°)pullovers lying across a flat bench or small (45-55cm) swiss ball
2. Db roll-outs - kneeling on the floor with your hands on the DB's, roll the DB's away from you as far as possible without arching your lower back - you will train the lats, long head of Triceps and abdominals
