my friend from califorina came and visted me last week, after 2 years and OMG she used to be "overweight" (like me) and now, she looks perfect! not model perfect, but real woman perfect! and she told me she does the puerh tea fast 3 days every month, and maintains drinking it everyday basically instead of water, with regular meals and she lost 20lbs in the first month, and continued to go down steadly each month after. and now she lost a total of 75lb last year. i am soooo jelous!!!!!!!!!!!

so... i am gonna try it.. anyone wanna join me?? i am going to start september 1st. because i have to wait for my tea to arrive. i bought it at Link removed i was told to use the 500g Fermented - Imperial Beeng Pu-erh Tea (Menghai Fuhai) it lasts one month, so it's better then buying 5 brick kinds. i tried searching for better prices, but this was the cheapest i could. if anyone knows of a cheaper place to buy it(same brand/quality)lemme know.
