PT are so expensive!!

I looked into hiring a personal trainer this weekend to help me tone, and their starting rates are around 85 dollars and hour

. So for two sessions a week it will cost me 170 dollars a week

I will be sticking to this forum and taking in as much info as I can!

Yup, they can be very expensive. I charge just about the same when I do take on people to train.

I think Im in the wrong profession then!!

I am planning on relocation soon to Greenwhich , Ct and am hoping maybe I can find a better deal there!! Probobly not but it doenst hurt to try.

Well if LV will train you for free then I definately need to get a couple or free personal sessions myself

You might search through to find a PT in your area. A PT is great if they know what they're doing and you need form reinforcement but other than that...waste of money.

I have been my own best PT.

Yea. The best thing to do is just learn the stuff for yourself. In my short time of being here, I've learned way more than any personal trainer could have tought me.
