Psychological problems?

Just wondering if anyone else has been in this position... i know i've lost weight (the scales say so, and i've lost 4inchs off my waist) but when I look in the mirror, i see the same old scott. Its come to my attention lately that the girlfriend thinks im loosing to much weight, but I still see me as 188lbs... I honestly cant see it although its obviosuly there.

The girlfriend knows that my weight it leveling off (which is good), but what im scared of is that im not going to be happy with myself because in my head, i still look like the way I did. Anyone have any advice?

I take pictures every 2 weeks while cutting. Pictures never lie.

ya so do i, but i cant tell the difference lol, its strange, i've never been a vane person either, but i i keep looking for whats changing but cant see it! its stupid. atleast the misses is keeping me in check, she shouts when she thinks im loosing to mcuh and looking to skinny hehe

Most people dont have to worry about being self concious to the maxx like throwing up ur food or w/e thats called. Gotta give your self props sometimes lol. Its like selective hearing just gotta bleep out that negative stuff that people say or whatever you think has to be bleeped out too lol. just look on the bright side and comparing photos do help alot.

you are your own worst critic. People are commenting on my "weight loss" but I'm not seeing it, either. S'ok, unless it gets to a damaging "I'm fat and worthless" stage, at which time you should seek professional help.
