Psoriasis woes...

Anyone in here have Psoriasis? I do, mostly around the scalp, and a little on the arms and legs. I was wondering if anyone knows how to best treat it? At the moment, I have a coal tar cream, and 4 different types of shampoos that I interchange through the month so that I don't build a resistance to one. Any other suggestions out there?

I have a friend who has psoriasis so I will ask her for you about what she uses. She has it mostly along her arms and legs.

I have scalp psoriasis and i use a shampoo called Tgel and it really works. It is quite expensive but i've been using it for about 2 years on and off and it does work. It takes a few washes before it makes much of a difference but it does help. Hope you feel better soon, i know how awful it can be!!
